Speech Language Pathologist

Soliant is working with a school near Madison, GA that is interviewing candidates for full-time Speech Language Pathology positions. The therapists will work 37. 5 hours a week with a Kindergarten- 8th grade caseload providing direct therapy, evaluations, and other related services. Madison is located in between Atlanta and Athens and commutable from both cities. This is a very tight knit district and the special education director will sell you on wanting to work and live in the area. Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech services to a K-12th grade caseload at several school sites in the district.
  • Administer evaluations and screenings to determine each student s speech needs.
  • Write IEP goals and progress notes using IEP software.
  • Collaborate with other therapists on staff to provide the best treatment plans for students.
  • Assist students with using AAC devices.
  • Qualifications:

  • M. S. in Speech- Language Pathology
  • Georgia SLP license and teaching certification
  • Pediatrics experience, preferred

    The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
