Program Director/ Clinical Supervisor

You will preserve and reunify families by providing critical leadership and administrative management and clinical support/oversight for our team members that provide therapeutic services to our clients in their homes and other community based settings in the 6-10 county area surrounding our office.
Duties will include management and administrative leadership for assigned 6-10 county region as well as clinical oversight and supervision to team members providing individual and family counseling/therapy with some case management as well as completing assessments, treatment plans, progress notes and other necessary documentation associated with managing a caseload. Function as key member of regional management team including staff recruitment/performance management, meeting service quality expectations and financial oversight to achieve budget objectives. Working in conjunction with Family Preservation Specialists and other team members such as Medication Management/Nursing services providers. Providing crisis interventions as needed. Contributing to the ongoing assessment and treatment planning process through participation in daily reports, case reviews, and treatment team meetings and collaborating with other mental health clinicians and case managers within the court and child welfare systems.
Qualifications: LPC, LMFT, LCSW - License is required. Masters degree must be in a Human Services field such as Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, etc. and license must be in the state of Georgia. A minimum of 1 year experience in the mental health field and includes working with children and families which may include intern, volunteer, and professional child and family services work.
Note: As assigned region grows this position will be split into two separate positions (Program/Administrative and Clinical).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
